A First Conversation
We start with a short call to hear about your home, your timeline, and what you’re hoping to feel when you walk in the door. No prep needed.
Studio Visit & Proposal
We visit the home (or meet virtually for projects outside the Carolinas), take measurements and photos, and put together a tailored proposal: scope, timeline, and design fee.
Concept & Design Development
Floor plans, materials, color, lighting, and a full furnishings plan come together as a single concept. You see everything in one presentation — not piece by piece — so the room reads as a whole.
Procurement & Build-Out
We order, track, and receive every piece, coordinate with workrooms and trades, and keep you updated on the parts of the project that need decisions. You don’t live in spreadsheets; we do.
Install & Styling
The best day. We install everything in a focused stretch — furniture, art, lighting, and the small things — and hand the home back to you, ready to be lived in.
A note on pricing.
Every project is quoted individually based on scope, square footage, and the level of involvement you’d like from us. Full-service projects typically begin at $15,000 in design fees, with furnishings billed separately. Single-room and refresh engagements are smaller in scope and priced accordingly.
We’ll always walk you through the proposal in detail before anyone signs anything, and there are no surprises along the way.
